Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product — No Automatic Refund

GSTSyncPro licenses are digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that refunds are not automatic or guaranteed. All refund requests are evaluated solely at the discretion of Infitax Solution, and our decision shall be final and binding.

2. Grounds for Refund Consideration

Infitax Solution will only consider a refund request under the following circumstances:

• Technical Deficiency: A proven technical fault in GSTSyncPro that prevents core functionality from working as described, which Infitax Solution is unable to resolve within 7 working days.
• Deficiency in Service: A verified failure in license delivery or activation caused solely by Infitax Solution’s systems, which cannot be rectified.

Refund requests for any other reason — including change of mind, incorrect purchase, user-side system incompatibility, or dissatisfaction with features already described on the product page — will not be considered.

3. Window for Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. No request received after 7 days will be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requested after 7 days from purchase date
• License successfully activated and used, even partially
• Issues arising from the user’s own system, browser version, or incompatible file formats
• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or preference for a different plan
• Features working as described on the product page but not meeting personal expectations

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

Email info@infitaxsolution.com within the applicable time period with:

• Registered email address used at purchase
• Order / Transaction ID
• Clear description of the technical deficiency or service issue
• Supporting screenshots or evidence (mandatory for technical issues)

We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Cancellation

All plans are one-time annual purchases and are not auto-renewed. No cancellation action is required from your end. Your license will simply expire at the end of the validity period.

8. Governing Note

This policy is governed under the laws of India. By purchasing any GSTSyncPro license, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
