1. Acceptance

By installing or using GSTSyncPro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license, Infitax Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GSTSyncPro according to your plan (Silver: 1 user; Gold: up to 5 users).

3. Permitted Use

  • Use GSTSyncPro for your own GST reconciliation work
  • Install on devices within the licensed user count
  • Export and retain reconciliation outputs for your records

4. Prohibited Use

  • Sharing license keys with users beyond the licensed count
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the extension
  • Reselling or sublicensing GSTSyncPro to third parties
  • Using the extension for any unlawful purpose

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

GSTSyncPro is provided "as is". Infitax Solution does not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. Reconciliation outputs should be verified by a qualified professional before filing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infitax Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of GSTSyncPro, including but not limited to incorrect ITC claims or GST filings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Anjar, Gujarat, India.
